Signs your roof needs attention
Small roof problems are cheaper and easier to deal with early. These are the signs worth acting on.
Look from the ground
Slipped, cracked or missing tiles, a sagging or uneven roofline, damaged ridge tiles, moss build-up and gutters that overflow are all worth checking.
Look inside
Damp patches or stains on ceilings, peeling paint, and a musty smell in the loft can all point to a leak.
Do not wait
A small leak can damage insulation, timbers and ceilings over time. A roofer can inspect the roof and tell you what is needed.
