About G Scott Roofing & Building
A family-run roofing and building business based in Swanley, Kent.
Meet the owner: George
Hi, I'm George, the owner of G Scott Roofing & Building Services. We're a family-run roofing business, and everything we do is built on honest advice, quality workmanship, and a straightforward service. No hard sell and no hidden costs.
With 900+ roofing projects completed, I'm proud to say that most of our work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth. This is a business I'm building for my family, which is why I treat every property as if it were my own. If I wouldn't be happy having it on my own home, it doesn't go on yours.
- 900+ projects completed locally
- Fixed, transparent pricing
- 20-year guarantee on flat roof replacements, 25 years on tiled roof replacements
- Family-run, local roofing & building specialists
Our guarantees
A guarantee that outlasts the scaffolding
A roof should give you confidence long after we have left. That is why our replacements come with a guarantee measured in decades, not months.
The guarantee cover, length and terms are confirmed with you before any work begins, so you know exactly what you are getting.
A guarantee only means something when the company behind it is there to honour it.
